Your appointments are very important to me, they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, costing me precious time and money.

Any appointments that are cancelled without a 48 hour notice are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. A "no show" appointment without notice will result in 75% of the reserved service amount.
 

I understand that life happens, but I ask for as much advanced notice as possible. Enforcing my cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my waitlisted guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone in my chair
